Associated Fire Safety is proud to be the only authorized Streamlight Service Center in Western Canada. Streamlight warrants its products to be free of defects for a lifetime of use except for batteries and bulbs, abuse and normal wear. Should you require repairs or parts, please simply contact us. We will require that the unit be mailed to us, or swing by our office and drop it off in person.

What flashlights are serviced?

All models of Streamlight and Pelican flashlights. Associated Fire Safety is proud to be the only authorized Streamlight Service Center in Western Canada.

How can I have my flashlight serviced?

We will require that the unit be mailed to us or dropped off in person to our Headquarters in Burnaby. 

What does "Streamlight lifetime warranty" cover?

Streamlight warrants its products to be free of defects for a lifetime of use except for batteries (older than 2 years) and bulbs, abuse and normal wear.

When will my flashlight be returned?

Leadtimes vary depending on different models. Sometimes repairs can't be performed in-house and must be sent to Streamlight/ Pelican. To get an update please call or email us.

What do you need to service my flashlight?

Please fill out the service request below and one of our team members will be in touch shortly. You can also send the flashlight direct to our Headquarters in Burnaby, including your contact information. The repair will begin once the flashlight is received.
